When did you first discover Zeppelin?
I discovered them when my drums teacher taught me to play Stairway To Heaven back in 2012-2013, but I didn’t actually get into them until 2015 thanks to Supernatural. I was a big fan back then (I’m still) and LZ were the favourite band of Dean Winchester so I started to investigate, listened to their most popular songs and started to like them. A dumb way to get into them but here I am!
Thanks for the question!
get to know the blogger: anonymously (or not) ask me any question you’d like to know about me
Hii! I've liked Led Zeppelin for years, but I guess you could call me a new fan, cus I only recently rediscovered them and started listening more. Just thought I'd say hi. I really like this blog 🙂
Hi there! Rediscovering artists is great! I really appreciate that you like this blog. Thank you so much!!
Hi there!! I have a question and I hope you don’t mind. If there is a guy that is 19 and I’m 17 and I’m pretty sure he likes me, but kisses me when we were both high does that mean something? He told me before we did that he ‘was only going to take a couple hits so he could go home safely’ so did he do it because he likes me or he did it because he was high? Thank you in advance :))
Hi! This is just my advice and I might be wrong and also I don’t know the context of your story, but I think this guy is taking advantage of you and he really doesn’t want anything serious with you. From m experience you shouldn’t have high expectations with this guy cause maybe he’ll break your heart. I hope I helped you. 💕
Do you know what guitar Jimmy used for dazed and confused ?
I think he used the dragon telecaster, but I’m not 100% sure.
What's your favorite non-Zeppelin album?
Hard to choose, I don’t have a favourite, but I’d be one of these:
- Let It Bleed -The Rolling Stones
- Quadrophenia -The Who
- Rumours – Fleetwood Mac
- The Doors – The Doors
- Forever Changes – Love
If you receive this, you make someone happy. Go on anonymous and send this to ten of your followers who make you happy or some that you think need cheering up. If you get some back, even better.
If you could go back in time and attend one concert which would it be?
That’s a hard decision but idk I’ll say Woodstock. Led Zeppelin wasn’t there, but I think it was an important event in music history and many of my favourite artists performed there.
I'm pretty new in tumblr and I'm working on making my blog. I love Led Zeppelin so I'm really liking your blog but maybe to make it less repetitive I will add on a few other bands. My question is why you always say the same thing over and over in the tag section? I like how other people do it so I think I'll say all kinds of things in my tags. It will be more interesting I think But maybe its easier to stay the same? Do you have any advice? Thanks
Hi! I hope you’re doing well here on tumblr. I just tag my posts in order to have the content sorted, so when you search a tag on my blog you can find what you’re searching for. I rarely write coments on the tag section because I tag them with an automatic tagger which makes the tagging easier. I don’t have enough time to spend on here so that tool makes it a lot faster. I think it’s a good idea to write other things than tagging words like the artists / bands so I invite you to do it.
PS: Another good advise that’s quite important if you want to gain followers and stand out is to post and reblog quality content -preferably original, not stolen- adding something different that makes it yours, that makes it different, and putting effort in searching for information, also giving credit to the original creators if possible.
Other than classic rock, what genre of music is Led Zeppelin?
Well, they got a lot of inspiration from blues, so they are into the blues rock subgenre. We could say they belong to the folk rock category too since their sound is also influenced by traditional folk songs and it is said that they started the hard rock genre due to their heavy sound.
They also experimented with other genres in a few songs: The Crunge (funk) and D’yer Mak’er (reggae).
Basically they are a mix of blues and rock with a heavy sound and often influenced by folk.
Which album has your favorite artwork?
I think you mean Led Zeppelin albums so I’ll say Houses Of The Holy. I love the colors and what it represents. In fact, I’ve drawn it and I’m currently painting it with crayons.
